1. Select your card background.

2. Type the info you would like displayed on the card.

3. Add item to cart and checkout.

 

Please Note: You can add any info to your card (i.e.  DOB, hair color, weight).  If you do not wish to add your address or phone number, we can add a QR Code that will link to your email account, social media page, or our phone number and we can contact the parent directly.  This service can be added at no additional charge.
